"No-one has ever gone into heaven except the one who came from heaven - the Son of Man. Just as Moses lifted up the snake in the desert, so the Son of Man must be lifted up, that everyone who believes in him may have eternal life. For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life." John 3:13-16(niv).

"Men of Israel, listen to this: Jesus of Nazareth was a man accredited by God to you by miracles, wonders and signs, which God did among you through him, as you yourselves know. This man was handed over to you by God's set purpose and foreknowledge; and you, with the help of wicked men, put him to death by nailing him to the cross. But God raised him from the dead, freeing him from the agony of death, because it was impossible for death to keep its hold on him." Acts 2:22-24(niv).

These pages are dedicated to Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior, who died for our sins. It is fitting that I create this web-site on the day we celebrate Him being raised from the dead.

I accepted Jesus as my Lord and Savior in June, 1985. I believe that even though my flesh will die, I will have eternal life, because my sins (both past and future) have been paid for. I believe in the holy trinity, God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit, and that the three are one. I believe that the fulfillment of Jesus' promise of the Holy Spirit (John 14:26) occurred at Pentecost (Acts 2:1-4), and the Holy Spirit provides us with gifts to help with our service (1 Cor 12:4-11).

Reading through these pages, you may find my views on various contentions found in the Church today. Reading of my views and those of other people should be done prayerfully. Unless you know the context of verses I quote, I recommend you read preceding versus to understand the context. I pray that what I write is neither a yoke, nor a stumbling block. I welcome correction and feedback on what I write, which I continuously hope and pray is in line with Gods words.

As a preference, I normally study using the "New International Version". Unless otherwise noted, this is the version I will quote verses from.
